Role Overview: Were seeking a proactive, organised, and digitally savvy Sales Support Specialist to act as the backbone of our Sales team.

In this remote role, you will work closely with the Sales Director and wider sales team to ensure operations run smoothly, calendars are coordinated, client communications are timely, and data integrity is maintained in our CRM. Youll be the glue that keeps our sales engine efficient, responsive, and scalable. Key Responsibilities:CRM Management: Update, monitor, and manage customer data, interactions, and deal progress within our CRM system (Salesforce)Sales Team Support: Coordinate with the Sales Director and sales representatives to manage schedules, send reminders, and prepare for meetings

Communication Management: Draft and send professional, clear, and timely digital communications (emails, SMS) to clients and partner agencies

Meeting Preparation: Send pre-meeting reminders to prospects and clients, and ensure follow-up correspondence is issued post-meeting

Follow-Up Coordination: Track and follow up on leads, documentation, and application progress to ensure clients optimal product use

Agency Relationship Management: Maintain regular, friendly communication with real estate agents and agencies to support strong, long-term partnerships

Reporting & Documentation: Keep accurate records of interactions, update trackers, and provide reports as required by the Sales DirectorQualifications:Salesforce Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including lead management, opportunity tracking, and activity logging

Technical Capability: Comfort with digital tools including email automation, calendar platforms (Google Calendar or Outlook), and communication systems

Organisation & Time Management: Exceptional ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain structure, and anticipate team needs

Written Communication: Excellent grammar, spelling, and email etiquette. Clear, concise, and persuasive writing ability is essential

Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in record-keeping, data entry, and task tracking

Customer-Focused Mindset: Friendly, solution-oriented approach to engaging with customers and agency partners

Problem Solving: Ability to anticipate and resolve administrative or scheduling issues before they become problems

Self-Motivation: Works independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment

Preferred Experience:2+ years of experience in a sales support, executive assistant, or administrative coordination role, ideally in a high-performance sales or financial services environment

Proven experience using Salesforce CRM in a professional setting is required

Experience working remotely and/or across distributed teams

Background in fintech, property, or real estate is highly desirable but not essential
