Working and safeguard the Orange Code. Own a masters or bachelors degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience. Have proven experience in Data Lake / Data Warehousing platforms, especially within Data Marts Modeling, ETL processes, and Reporting, including value proposition design, performance improvements, and platform data quality monitoring.

Knowledge of the IBM InfoSphere platform (or similar). Knowledge of Data Governance and Quality frameworks. Knowledge of reporting tools such as MicroStrategy, IBM Cognos, Power BI, and SQL.Knowledge of new trends in data management such as Data Fabric, Data Mesh, Data Virtualization…Agile working experience of more than 2-3 years.

Ability to communicate clearly (written and oral) to different stakeholders (advanced English required). Ability to participate in defining the data platform strategically, linking current events and business strategy. Have strong analytical skills and the ability to create models to support decision-making based on data and facts.

Possess strong analytical and judgment skills (recognize key information, organize problem identification, research, various analysis methods, establish connections, etc.). Be a team player, stimulating cross-border interaction and alignment between people, Squads & Chapters. Be curious, passionate about innovation, and stay updated on trends and developments within the Data world.

Be creative and proactive, thinking outside the box, and enjoy working in a multidisciplinary team in an agile environment. You give and ask for constructive feedback.
