Perform a high volume of outbound sales calls to customers to identify needs or issues. Clarify information and provide recommendations and solutions via telephone. Build positive relationships with customers to enhance the company image.
Strive to improve customer satisfaction through excellent service. Place outbound calls to promote new products and services. Complete call notes and reports and update them in the database.
Obtain and evaluate relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries. Maintain a high level of knowledge about existing products and services. Other related tasks as needed.
Key expectations
Previous experience in B2C Sales, including managing outbound and cold call functions. Medical or healthcare industry experience is a plus. Strong phone presence with exemplary customer service and sales skills.
Excellent communication skills with active listening. Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types. Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively. Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately. Excellent written and verbal English language skills.
