The Sales Development Manager is responsible for driving the lead generation and managing operations and developing strategies to acquire new clients in the BPO industry. This role involves identifying potential business opportunities, optimizing sales outreach efforts, and collaborating with the team to convert prospects into long-term customers. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement sales strategies to generate high-quality leads.
Construct and optimize sales infrastructure, including:Creating workflows. Designing email and message templates. Producing sales content such as info brochures, PDFs, and slideshows.
Manage and mentor the Operations Team to ensure performance excellence. Identify and qualify potential clients within the BPO market. Create and execute outreach strategies, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling.
Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting and lead generation. Oversee the sales funnel, ensuring effective management at each stage. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts.
Monitor key sales metrics, analyze performance, and provide regular reports. Maintain and optimize the CRM system to track leads and opportunities. Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record in sales development and lead generation. Experience in outsourcing sales and managing sales funnels.
Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospective tools. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven sales strategies.
