Performance Marketing Analyst - Manila, PH Join our Performance Marketing team as a Performance Marketing Analyst and help us make smarter decisions with data. In this role, you'll track and analyze campaign performance across channels like paid search, paid social, and programmatic. You'll support reporting, audits, and ad testing while gaining hands-on experience with tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics. What You'll Be Doing Data Reporting & Analysis: Compile data from sources such as Google AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Campaign Manager, and other online interfaces to create a report summary; prepare graphs, tables, or templates for data presentation; provide updates on metrics performance based on analysis; support data preparation for internal check-ins. Account Management, Review & Audit: Campaign management and audits to identify areas for improvement and optimization; review account setup, platform recommendations, product feeds, campaign settings, and other items to ensure proper setup; report findings and apply fixes where possible. Ad Creation and Monitoring: Propose ad copies for search ads that convey brand messaging; update ad copy feeds for upload to different marketing platforms; conduct sample searches to ensure ads appear as expected; upload finalized ads and implement changes as needed. Project Coordination and Documentation: Understand and document process steps; create structured documentation of processes; communicate project schedules, milestones, and deadlines to keep the team aligned. Market Understanding and Audience Research: Stay up to date on digital marketing trends and competitive landscape; cascade insights to the team; propose marketing tests to understand audience behavior better. Performs other duties as assigned from time to time. What We're Looking For At least 2nd Year of a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong desire to learn and develop new skills; great attention to detail and accuracy; ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks. Experience in Digital Marketing is not required but a plus. Location & Employment Type The Performance Marketing Analyst position is remote for Balsam International Unlimited Company - Philippine ROHQ in Manila. Team members in the Philippines are located within Metro Manila, Bataan, Batangas, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, Pampanga, Rizal, and Tarlac areas only.
