The Senior Technical Manager - Temenos Infinity is responsible for leading technical support, optimization, and delivery of Temenos Infinity digital banking solutions across global client environments. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance of digital channels. The manager will act as the final technical escalation point for Infinity, driving incident resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous service improvement in SaaS and on-premise deployments.
Operating at the Level 3 support tier, the Senior Technical Manager is accountable for handling day-to-day operational challenges, ensuring timely resolution across all support layers, and contributing to continuous product and process improvements through the Centre of Excellence. Opportunities You will provide Level 3 technical support for Temenos Infinity platforms (web, mobile, omnichannel) across client environments.
You will oversee incident resolution, debugging, and RCA for complex digital banking issues. You will manage and optimize API/microservices integration between Infinity, Transact, and external systems. You will ensure system availability, performance tuning, and scalability of digital channels.
You will guide the team in troubleshooting front-end (web/mobile) and middleware components. You will define and enforce technical best practices, coding standards, and deployment guidelines. You will collaborate with product engineering and architecture teams to deliver upgrades, hotfixes, and patches.
