About Me: I'm Dani Barbosa, a DJ and music producer focused on Afro House, Deep House, and House. I release music consistently, play shows in multiple cities, and need my content to match the same high standards as my music and performances.
Right now, I'm at a bottleneck: I have terabytes of sets, recordings, and creative material, but I need a reliable creative partner to help me transform it into content that grows my reach on TikTok, Instagram, Spotify, and YouTube. This isn't a boring VA job - you'll be helping me bring my music to life online.
Your Role You'll be my go-to creative support. Your mission is to take raw material from my sets, releases, and shows and turn it into sleek, engaging, on-brand content that connects with my audience.
Specifically: - Video Editing (Short-Form): Find strong moments from my DJ sets, trim them, and edit them into TikToks, IG Reels, and YouTube Shorts with captions and tasteful effects. (Nothing cliché - my brand is elegant and modern.) - Stories & Graphics: Create Instagram story templates for upcoming shows, flyers, and announcements. Must feel high-quality and consistent even in months when I only have a few shows. I will provide already-made templates that we've used in the past so you don't start from scratch. - Release Assets: Make Spotify Canvas loops, resize artwork, and prepare visuals to promote new music drops. - Repurpose Content: Bring older sets and past moments back to life by turning them into new content pieces. - Scheduling & Posting: Load approved content into tools like Meta Business Suite or Later so posting stays consistent. - Light Reporting & Trends: Track reach, engagement, and saves; share weekly updates and surface TikTok/IG trends that fit the brand.
Requirements: - Strong video editing skills (Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar). - Good graphic design ability (you can use any tool you want, but the current templates are made on Photoshop). - Understanding of TikTok & IG Reels culture - what works, what doesn't (no cliché edits). - Organized: Able to keep files and projects neat. - Communicative: Fluent English, comfortable in Slack + Google Drive.
Nice to Have: - Familiarity with electronic music (house, afro house, deep house, techno, etc.). - Past work with DJs, producers, record labels, or nightlife brands.
