• Creates custom bet offers and manages the complete user experience through administration of a back office content management system across critical pages of the mobile product, including Discover, Schedule, Single Event, Search, League, and Free to Play
• Leverages data and customer research insights to drive daily content curation decisions which align with greater KPIs
• Remains constantly plugged into all sporting narrative, player statuses, schedules etc. in order to produce a relevant offering at any given moment of the sporting calendar
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Trading department by supporting automation efforts and identifying opportunities for advancement
• Collaborate closely with the Commercial, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to develop and implement a best-in-class, intuitive, and scalable betting experience for our customers, driven by data, user research, and competitor analysis
• Tests sportsbook platforms and helps to develop and test trading models
• Ensures that the company is putting the customer at the heart of our Trading/Content strategies
• Assists other teams within the Trading department where necessary
• Can be assigned related tasks from time to time to support the overall objectives of the business
