Sr Facilities Engineer

Position SummaryExtensive experience in a senior engineer role within a facilities organization in an industrial setting. Responsibilities include managing critical building issues, construction projects, facilities maintenance, government compliance, and coordinating with landlords and cross-functional teams for the design engineering center and offices. ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations and utility supply supporting EW facilities.

Manage operations and maintenance of the Eastwood facility and related equipment. Supervise services such as cleaning, waste disposal, and general upkeep. Coordinate with contractors for maintenance tasks.

Monitor and control facility operation budgets. Collaborate with users on repairs, enhancements, and renovations. Design and oversee workplace reconfigurations based on operational needs.

Ensure compliance with laws, codes, and safety standards; support audits from the facility perspective. QualificationsBachelors or College Degree in Mechanical Engineering.8 to 10 years of experience as a senior facilities engineer in an industrial setting. Professional license is an advantage.

Experience managing third-party facilities teams, janitorial, security, and contractors. Facilitate monthly facilities meetings and construction progress updates. Monitor operations of the Design Engineering Center and other offices.

Respond to emergency facility situations. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Knowledge of building maintenance, M&E operations, and construction projects.

Familiarity with regulations, building codes, AutoCAD, MS Project, MS Office, and building management systems. Analytical skills for engineering calculations and troubleshooting.
