About Us
We're looking for a Technical Project Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a hands-on, technical, and detail-oriented role focused on supporting project scoping, proposal development, CRM management, and building proof-of-concepts. If you're an Excel wizard with strong analytical skills, this is a great opportunity to grow into a client-facing role over time.
What You'll Do:
- Project Scoping: Work with Account Executives to capture client requirements, gather documentation (e.g., commission plans), and define project scope.- Proposal Support: Draft proposals, statements of work (SOWs), and supporting materials that clearly communicate our approach, timelines, and value.- CRM & Process Management: Keep the CRM up-to-date with client activities, opportunities, and pipeline stages.- Research & Documentation: Compile background research on prospective clients, industry trends, and competitor offerings.- Collaboration: Partner with Account Executives to prepare for client meetings, build agendas, summarize discussions, and document next steps.- Build Proof-of-Concepts (POCs): Translate commission plans into working models within the Spiff platform so prospects can see how their plans would work in practice.- Growth Path: Over time, take on direct client interactions, discovery sessions, demos, and account management responsibilities.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 3 years of experience in sales support, business operations, project coordination, or a related role- Strong writing and communication skills — able to simplify complex information into clear, client-friendly language- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills- Technical aptitude — comfortable building complex spreadsheets, setting up systems, and working with data models- Interest in SaaS, sales operations, or incentive compensation is a plus- A proactive, self-starter attitude with eagerness to learn and grow
