We are looking for a highly motivated Technical Support Tier 1 who possesses excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to join our team. As a Technical Support Tier 1, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and support to our customers. This is a project based opportunity only.

Salary: Php 18,000 + Php 6,000 KPIMandatory Prerequisites:Must have their own laptop/desktop which meets minimum qualifications:Processor - Core i5 or higher, RAM - 8GB or higher

Bandwidth Requirements Minimum- Download Speed: at least 6 Mbps; Upload Speed: at least 6 MbpsA quiet, private place in your home where you can work without background noise and without interruption

Qualifications:More than 1 year of technical support experience

Open to flexible or shifting schedules to support our customers

Excellent English communication skills (oral and written)A complex thinker and technical thinker to understand the products and services provided by the customers they will be supportingA creative thinker to develop new ideas and solutions that would help improve processes/workflows

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Attention to detail

Basic technical support background

Experience in answering chats, emails, and callsA positive attitude towards work and a willingness to learn

Empathetic to customers

Calm under pressure

Can work with minimal to no supervision

Responsibilities:Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner

Providing technical support and assistance to customers in a courteous and effective manner

Resolving customer issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department

Assisting customers in setting up and troubleshooting technical issues with software and hardware

Developing and maintaining product knowledge and expertise to provide customers with accurate and up-to-date information
