We are seeking a dedicated, responsible, and experienced Branch Supervisor to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our Sevie Roast Coffee- Baesa branch. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives in a leadership role and is committed to providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficient and high-quality service
• Supervise, train, and mentor a team of baristas and staff
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure timely ordering of supplies
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
• Monitor and uphold health and safety standards
• Ensure the cafe meets performance targets and contributes to overall company goals
• Assist in employee scheduling, payroll, and shift management
• Foster a positive and productive work environment

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in the food and beverage industry
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of cafe operations, including customer service, inventory, and cash management
• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
• Must be flexible and available to work shifts, including weekends and holidays

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Rotational shift

• Manila: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
