Expectation:
- The Project Manager (Operations) is responsible for supporting the Head of Project Management in overseeing various portfolios within the organizations operations department, with a specific focus on enhancing operational efficiency within the call center.
- This role will involve assisting in the management of multiple projects aimed at improving call center performance, streamlining processes, optimizing workforce operations, and enhancing technology solutions. The Project Manager should possess a foundational background in project management methodologies like Lean Six Sigma, Waterfall, or Agile, along with familiarity with call center operations functions such as workforce management, quality assurance, training, and technology support. Additionally, the role will evolve to encompass diverse projects that span the organizations operational efficiency initiatives.
Responsibilities:
● Assist in the coordination and management of multiple projects within the operations department, specifically targeting enhancements in call center efficiency, under the guidance of the Head of Project Management.
● Collaborate with various teams within operations to support initiatives aimed at improving call center performance, streamlining processes, optimizing workforce operations, and enhancing technology solutions.
● Utilize knowledge of call center operations functions to contribute to training
programs, quality assurance efforts, workforce optimization, and technology
enhancements tailored to call center needs.
● Support in the development and implementation of project plans for operations projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives, particularly focusing on call center efficiency.
● Assist in the analysis of call center operational requirements, risks, and constraints; contribute to the formulation of solutions and strategies to address inefficiencies.
● Collaborate with stakeholders within the operations department to ensure effective communication and alignment of project objectives, specifically targeting improvements in call center efficiency.
● Maintain project documentation for operations projects, track progress, and provide regular status updates to the leadership team, emphasizing improvements in call center performance metrics.
● Demonstrate the ability to handle diverse tasks simultaneously within operations while maintaining a focus on quality and deadlines, particularly in enhancing call center efficiency.
● Engage in continuous learning and adaptation to effectively manage evolving project requirements within operations and meet organizational needs for improved call center performance.

Qualifications:
● Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or relevant field.
● Certification or foundational knowledge in project management methodologies.
● Experience or background in call center operations functions such as workforce
management, quality assurance, training, or technology support is advantageous.
● Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
effectively within operations, specifically in a call center environment.

Pay: Php90,000.00 - Php120,000.00 per month
