Job Description:

As an M&A Associate, you will support our team throughout the entire process of mergers and acquisitions. Youll be involved in researching companies, reviewing financials, preparing reports, and coordinating with various teams to help make deals happen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research potential acquisition targets.
• Analyze financial data and create reports.
• Assist with due diligence and risk assessments.
• Help prepare presentations and documents for deals.
• Work with internal teams and external partners to execute transactions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in finance, investment banking, or related areas.
• Strong skills in financial analysis and modeling.
• Great attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and meet deadlines.
