Qualifications:

• Graduate in Business Administration, Supply Management, Marketing, Industrial Engineering

? Previous experience as a Procurement Officer, or similar role

? Comprehension on Workday Procurement P2O

• Contract Management
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently
• Excellent Communication skills
• Accurate attention to details

Continuation:

• Responsible for order placement timing, supply / demand alignment and supplier performance
• Monitor, evaluate and improve supplier performance, according to an appropriate Service Level Agreement, on a continuous basis
• Develop sourcing strategies
• Supplier accreditation
• Payment terms negotiation, optimization and management
• Exposure on Contract Management
• Monitor delivery timelines to ensure they are on time
• Keep procurement records such spend and savings report, vendor performance rating
