Coordination with supplier(order,qoutation, proposal)
Knowledgeable in processing business permit(Ex. Sanitary, Building, Construction, Permits ang FSIC, Zoning, GSIS, LEASING)
Coordination to the mall admin about store repair and maintenance
Coordination with inhouse contractors
Proper filing of legal admin contract and documents
Prepared weekly report for managements.

Responsibilities
- Clerical tasks: Prepare documentation, send purchase orders, and track shipments
- Store maintenance: Ensure the store is clean and well-maintained
- Communication: Coordinate with suppliers, dealers, and co-workers
- Data entry: Enter data for sales reports and other documents
- Create and review work schedules
- Manage change orders
- Respond to requests for information from government agencies and other companies
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other project team members
- Produce a budget that aligns with the clients expectations
- Obtain permits
- Negotiate vendor contracts
- Manage general contractors
- Enforce site safety regulations and regular equipment maintenance
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
