JOB PURPOSE

Update WMS, inventory management, safe keeping of warehouse inventory files/documents, Basic computer and printer troubleshooting and other clerical works.

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Responsible for creation and validated documents (RR/WIRP) and updating warehouse system inventory either inbound or outbound transaction.

· Responsible for submission of Inventory Report weekly, monthly and upon client requested time.

· Responsible for random inventory quantity and location checking.

· Adept in all aspect of inventory works, filling of document with proper label.

· Verifies the physical counting during cycle count/ wall to wall schedule.

· Ensures that all materials stored in all warehouses are in good condition, stored properly and recorded in database.

· And other duties as may be assigned from time to time

· Assigned at Bagumbayan, Taguig
