Job description

Responsibilities:

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable duties, including processing invoices, tracking payments, and reconciling accounts.
• Prepare financial documents such as bills, invoices, and purchase orders.
• Assist with payroll processing and maintain payroll records.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements.
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Assist with other accounting tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• With atleast 1 year of working experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
