The Land Services Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating all land-related transactions and services including land titling, title transfer, verification, and documentation. This role acts as the key liaison between clients, internal teams, and government agencies to ensure smooth and timely execution of land service processes. The Coordinator will also be expected to attend client meetings, conduct site visits, and establish working relationships with government personnel and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

· Coordinate and oversee end-to-end processes related to land services, such as title transfer, land titling, tax declaration updates, and verification.

· Act as the primary point of contact for clients inquiring or availing land-related services.

· Conduct field visits and client meetings to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure client satisfaction.

· Liaise and coordinate with government offices such as the Registry of Deeds, Assessors Office, BIR, DENR, and other relevant agencies.

· Monitor the progress of each transaction, ensuring all documentation and requirements are submitted and processed on time.

· Prepare and maintain records, reports, and status updates of all ongoing and completed transactions.

· Support the operations team in resolving any issues or challenges related to land documentation and processes.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with government personnel and other stakeholders to facilitate faster processing.

· Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards at all times.

Qualifications:

· Bachelors degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Legal Management, or a related field.

· At least 3 years of experience in land services, title processing, or government liaison work.

· Familiarity with the processes of Registry of Deeds, Assessors Office, and other land-related government offices.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident in dealing with clients and government officials.

· Strong organizational and coordination skills; detail-oriented and proactive.

· Willingness to travel and conduct fieldwork when needed.

· Ability to work independently and handle multiple transactions simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
