We are looking for an experienced Patreon Community Manager to oversee and grow our Patreon membership platform. The ideal candidate has expertise in managing large online communities, rolling out exclusive content, and filtering high-volume engagement to ensure a high-quality member experience. Experience in moderating and managing other online communities like Discord, Facebook Groups, or subscription-based platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow our Patreon community, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for members.
• Roll out exclusive content according to a set schedule, coordinating with internal teams.
• Moderate discussions, filter engagement, and respond to high-volume interactions effectively.
• Develop and implement community guidelines to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
• Track community analytics and engagement metrics to improve retention and satisfaction.
• Work closely with marketing, content creators, and leadership to align Patreon initiatives with business goals.
• Leverage tools like Discord, Facebook Groups, or other platforms to enhance community engagement.

Requirements
