The Store Development Liaison Officer will be responsible for facilitating communication between store development teams, managing customer service interactions, and providing training to store staff. Daily tasks will include coordinating store development activities, analyzing store performance data, and ensuring that new and existing stores meet company standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service experience
• Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret store performance data
• Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in providing Training to store staff
