The Visual Merchandising specialist will be responsible for creating and managing window displays, floor plans, and product placements to enhance store aesthetics and drive sales. The role also involves collaborating with the sales team to implement merchandising strategies, managing stock levels, and ensuring that merchandise is visually appealing and strategically positioned. Additional duties include team management, regular store visits to ensure compliance with merchandising standards, and providing training and support to sales staff.

Qualifications

• Communication and Sales skills
• Experience with Window Displays and Store Management
• Team Management skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in visual merchandising software or related tools
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in consumer electronics retail is a plus
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Visual Merchandising, or related field
