Full job description

Successful Fulfillment Manager oversees the entire order fulfillment process, from receiving orders to delivering items / parcels, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency. He will be responsible for order processing, warehouse operations, inventory management, and shipping preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing order fulfillment workflows.
• Managing warehouse layout and inventory storage.
• Supervising picking, packing, and shipping processes.
• Ensuring efficient and organized warehouse operations.
• Analyzing inventory data to optimize stock levels.
• Implementing strategies to reduce inventory costs.
• Preparing shipments for delivery, including labeling and packaging.
• Tracking shipments and resolving delivery issues.
• Ensuring the accuracy and quality of products before shipment.
• Implementing quality control procedures to minimize errors.
• Analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and implement process improvements.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, and sales.
• Developing and implementing solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Flextime

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
• Commission pay

Work Location: In person
