We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Risk and Compliance Admin Specialist to support our compliance and risk management functions. This role ensures adherence to regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry best practices by assisting in audits, maintaining compliance records, and supporting risk mitigation efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of risk and compliance policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of compliance activities, audits, and risk assessments.
- Monitor regulatory updates and ensure company policies align with legal requirements.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation.
- Conduct routine compliance checks and identify potential risks.
- Assist in the investigation of compliance breaches and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with various departments to promote a culture of compliance and risk awareness.
- Provide administrative support, including preparing reports and maintaining compliance databases.
- Assist in employee training programs related to compliance and risk management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Law, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in risk management, compliance, or administrative support.
- Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and compliance management software is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php22,000.00 - Php29,000.00 per month
