WFM Manager

Position: WFM ManagerExperience: 2-3 years of managerial experience in workforce management; healthcare experience is an advantageSalary: Php 90,000 - Php 110,000Location: Open to any sites in the Philippines; remote support for Davao; amenable to travel to Davao twice a monthBPO Experience: RequiredResponsibilities:

• Manage daily operations for workforce scheduling and real-time management.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve workforce efficiency in BPO environments.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure proper staffing levels and scheduling accuracy.
