The position will be part of a strong group of Consultants who will be handling large scale projects and will be working closely with different stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all Changes moved to Production are reviewed, approved and implemented, timely and with quality, based on the official process and policy of Amdocs customer.
• Promotes process awareness and assist in driving Change Management to a new level of maturity.
• Filter changes based on the guidelines set by Amdocs Customer.
• Ensure that the standardized methods and procedures are being used for efficient handling of changes to minimize any service disruption and deliver with service quality.
• Coordinate with the Infrastructure and Application owners to ensure all changes are reviewed, approved and implemented according to policy and standards.
• Manage CABs, ensures RFC are well documented and updated.
• Triggers communications and sends out regular Change Calendar to provide visibility of Changes across all stakeholders.
• Escalates high priority change that needs to be expedited.
• Implement process improvements based on the day to day operations and governance.
• Conduct trainings as needed to change practitioners and stakeholders to ensure any process changes are communicated and to maintain process awareness and compliance.
• Provide regular reporting to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Change Management (Infrastructure and Applications)
• Very good communication skills and Interpersonal skills
• Experience with process mapping, workflow and reporting
• ITIL V3 Foundation Certified.
• With analytical, creative thinking, negotiation and decision making skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively to all levels within the organization

Preferred qualifications (more of advantage)

• Demonstrated track record in change management in a big organization.
• Six \Sigma and Operational Excellence Performance.
• Exposure to defining change management Framework

Work arrangement: 100% ONSITE in BGC.

Work Time: 8AM - 5PM
