Our US partner is a leader in new and recycled auto parts, as well as Automotive and Metal Recycling. The Auto Parts business unit provides certified new and recycled auto parts to body shops, car dealers, auto parts dealers, and walk-in retail customers.

We are looking for a Customer Escalations Specialist to handle customer complaints and manage escalations related to auto parts products and services. This role involves processing warranty claims, handling problem tickets, and providing insights to upper management to enhance customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills, experience in warranty or escalations support, and a keen attention to detail.

This is a full-time role, on a US shift and on an Onsite (Cebu-based) set-up.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Process warranty claims promptly for each franchise or distributor.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of all warranty-related paperwork.
  • Follow up on outstanding claim payments.
  • Track and tag warranty parts with relevant details, including repair order number and replacement date.
  • Assist in resolving customer complaints and ensure issues are addressed satisfactorily.
  • Verify receiving documents and follow up on shortages to expedite resolution.
  • Perform other related tasks as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Call Center or Customer Service role handling Escalations Support.
  • Strong back-office experience with extensive data entry skills.
  • Experience in an Auto Parts Company is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
