Job Description

• Primarily responsible for the efficient and effective facilitation of vehicle reception and providing customer service in the Dealership Service Workshop through liasing between the customer and the workshop
• Monitor the progress of vehicles being serviced
• To give technical advice on maintenance and repair needs
• Proper and timely compliance with service reception procedural, documentation and reportorial requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of Engineering or any related course
• Customer service oriented
• With at least 1 year related experience in automotive industry
• Relevant Training or Certificate would be an advantage
• Can start immediately
