ISTA Solutions, an outsourcing/offshoring company, is in search of an experienced Accounting Team Lead to join our rapidly expanding team. Responsibilities:

• Setting up various report templates in excels which involve complex formula
• Involved in various tasks during budget season
• Responsible on assisting the Corporate Accounting Manager in ad hoc tasks
• Monitoring productivity, accuracy, and adherence to standards within the team; provide constructive feedback and coaching.
• Resolving escalated issues or discrepancies, ensuring compliance and quality standards.
• Collaborating with other departments to address challenges and improvements

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in accounting or a related field.
• 1 - 2 years experience in Accounting/Finance
• At least 6 months experience as a Team Lead
• Advance Microsoft excel skills: pivot table and charts, knowledgeable in setting up complex formulas (SUMIF/ SUMIFS, V-LOOK UP, X-LOOK UP, IF/ IFS)
• Ability to set up reports based on Microsoft excel templates
• Knowledgeable on various financial reports
• With experience on various reporting software
• Have basic knowledge on budgets and understands the concept of variances
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Willing to work onsite in Makati or Mandaluyong
• Amenable working night shift
