Accountable for the timely, accurate, and efficient resolution of phone calls pertaining to healthcare-related questions and issues.

Qualifications:

• College degree preferably Nursing or any medical related courses
• With experience in HMO setting
• Excellent listening and oral communication skills
• Service orientation and relationship management skills
• Analytical skill
• Problem sensitivity
• Computer literate

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php 20,000 per month
