The Customer Compliance Team is a function with a global remit, whose primary purpose is to eliminate financial and third-party exposure to both LSEG and 3rd Parties by ensuring our clients are accurately licensed for our Services. The group works with local front-line operations, as well as product, proposition, legal and finance teams across LSEG. The Customer Compliance Remediation Analyst will work alongside the Commercial Director, Customer Compliance and the Compliance Remediation Specialists. They will own the oversight of open compliance reports from issuance to customer through key to full and final resolution in line with organizational standards, triage queries from Sales and Account Management, and track against SLAs to improve Client engagement and accelerate the delivery of full resolution through to final settlement. What will you be doing?
  • Own and lead updates of central database to track all issued compliance reports against key remediation milestones through settlement.
  • Provide proactive and reactive support to the Commercial Director and Compliance Remediation Specialists to create client facing documentation, ad-hoc reporting and sales admin related activities.
  • Contribute to the regular review of compliance remediation processes and supporting documentation to improve process efficiency and maximise revenue outcomes.
  • Working closely with Sales and Account Management (SAM) colleagues to ensure opportunities are raised in Salesforce, working with regional SAM business operations leads to ensure they are captured in central operational dashboards.
  • Triage queries raised by the SAM organisation to Compliance Remediation team, expediting for discussion with relevant subject matter experts.
  • Direct colleagues to supporting documents detailing our organisational standards to build a consistent understanding to support them in their preparation and delivery of proposals to resolve compliance concerns.
  • Act as liaison and between SAM and Compliance Remediation Specialists, ensuring sales related tasks and activities required to raise corrective licensing are progressed and identifying where escalation is needed.
  • Support SAM and Customer Admin teams with the process of raising invoices post execution of settlement agreement, reviewing the invoices and notifying central finance and supporting functions on completion.
  • Engage with the Customer Assurance Managers to ensure that the settlement agreement and all related documentation is provided to facilitate the creation of final closing report.

  • Some experience working within a financial markets organization or sales support function helpful but not essential.
