Job Title: SAP SD Consultant (Sales & Distribution)

Location: One Corporate Center, Julia Vargas, corner Meralco Ave, Ortigas Center, Pasig

Work Set up: Hybrid (Once a Week RTO)Work Schedule: Day Shift - 10am-7pm PH Time (Netherlands Client)

Salary Package: 100,000 max salary offer but depends on work experience

Job Summary:

• In this role, youll leverage your proficiency in both technical and business domains to deliver meaningful impact for our customers. Youll act as a vital link between these areas, fostering seamless communication and understanding to develop effective solutions that drive tangible business results. Your ability to navigate both perspectives will be key to ensuring alignment and maximizing value for our clients.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for completing project deliverables such as: Business Blueprint, Functional Specifications, System Configuration, Testing, User Training, Migration, Go-Live support, and other necessarydocumentations.
• Perform a variety of activities to understand business requirements and to be able to translate them into a solution using SAP. This includes but not limited to the following: requirements gathering workshops, process mapping, Fit-Gap Analysis, etc.
• Provide guidance on the use of best practices and global standards to achieve simplicity, efficiency, and effectiveness; and keeping up with the latest trends in the field of SCM
• Work with Business counterparts and achieve a strong reputation as a subject matter expert in the field of SCM.
• Conduct presentations to audiences of different levels in the client organization on a variety of subjects/topics.
• Identify and lead business process improvement opportunities which includes Change Requests.
• Ability to accurately scope tasks and estimate timelines for different activities related to SD.
• In addition, this position will allow the individual to utilize his/her skills and experience by working with other consultants, build on his/her background, and contribute to organizations successes.

Job Qualification:

• Expert in SAP SD with 4+ years of experience in both implementation and support (ECC & S4 HANA)
• Have at least 1 SD Full-cycle implementations as the functional lead
• Can work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience with SAP FIORI is strongly preferred
• Equipped with strong communication skills (written & verbal) to handle meetings and correspondences with cross-functional audience.
• Must have a strong knowledge on the end-to-end business process of order to cash.
• Ability to demonstrate the dependencies and integration with other SAP modules (e.g. FI, MM, PP, QM, PM, WM/EWM).
