ACCOUNTS PAYABLE

• Charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports; recording entries.
• Verifying expense and liquidation reports submitted by ATC employees for turnover to AP Officer for payment preparation as well as PUPC expenses report.
• Prepares A/P invoice listing and update on regular basis status for monitoring purposes.
• Liaise with other departments for AP concerns.

PETTY CASH MANAGMENT

• Properly disburses petty cash by recording entry; verifying documentation.
• Handles petty cash fund and replenish when 70% consumed.

RECORDS MANAGEMENT

• Update, verify and maintain accounting journals and ledgers and other financial records.
• Filing of vouchers.

Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
