The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

• Monitor and process end to end government compliances for SPX facilities assigned to the PIC.
• Manage stakeholders (LGUs, BFP, etc.) to minimize and avoid risks for facilities assigned to the PIC.
• Coordinate with and assist external partners for permits processing endorsed to the 3rd party/ies.
• Coordinate with and manage internal and external stakeholders for the documentary requirements needed.
• Monitor internal stakeholders (hub personnel) for submissions needed for insurance enrollment.
• Monitor external partners compliance requirements - ensure that SPXs partners are also compliant with their own requirements.
• Diligently update and track statuses for hubs compliance for all facilities assigned to the PIC.
• Determining the feasibility of current & planned initiatives through quantitative and qualitative analyses
• Help Implement new projects and help scale existing projects

• At least 4 years of work experience in related fields
• Strong interpersonal skills for managing external stakeholders
• High proficiency in MS Office and G Suite, especially in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides
• Outstanding critical thinking and interpersonal skills
• Strong communication skills in English and Filipino
• Capable of handling multiple tasks and working under pressure
• Willing to travel
