As Settlement and Reconciliation Analyst, you will be the gatekeeper of cashflows of PayMongo. You will be responsible for financial settlement and reconciliations between PayMongo and its partners. You will

• • Reconciliation, processing and settlement with PayMongo partners
  • Provide prompt detailed investigation, escalation, and timely resolution of issues
  • Communicate and proactively resolve reconciliation and settlement issues directly with partners team members
  • Preparation of file uploads for review by the Finance Manager and other stakeholders
  • Ensure proper documentation of transactions in accordance with applicable policies and regulations
  • Support business, and systems enhancement initiatives directly affecting area of daily responsibilities
  • Prepare periodic treasury reports for use by management in decision-making
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned that may be assigned by the Finance Manager

You will be a fit if

• • You have a Bachelors degree in business, information technology, economics, or accountancy.
  • You are proficient in MS Office applications with above average skills in MS Excel.
  • You have at least 1 year of finance or accounting-related experience.
  • You are resourceful and self-starter.
  • You have an excellent attention to detail, with the ability and patience to audit and dive deep into data to determine patterns and check for inaccuracies.
  • You are comfortable with ambiguity and are truly flexible—our environment changes rapidly, and your work might too!
  • You can work in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision.
