HR Generalist plays a pivotal role in shaping the companys culture, structure, and workforce. HR professionals are responsible for attracting and retaining top talent, developing effective training and development programs, and fostering a culture that fuels innovation and growth. A fintech HR professional is also tasked with understanding the unique needs and challenges of the fintech industry, such as rapidly changing technology, regulatory compliance, and intense competition for talent. They must be able to navigate these complexities and devise HR strategies that align with the companys goals and the dynamics of the fintech sector.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Administer employee onboarding and orientation programs.
• Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screenings, and interviews.
• Handle employee relations matters, resolve conflicts, and provide guidance.
• Manage performance appraisal processes and development training programs.
• Oversee benefits administration and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
• Maintain employee records and HR database accurately.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends.
• Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related quesries.
• Taking appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and addressing employee grievances

Skills and qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience as HR Generalist or in similar roles.
• Understanding in HR policies and procedures, PH Labor laws and HRIS software and Microsoft.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary

• Bachelors (Preferred)

• Human Resources Generalist: 2 years (Preferred)
• Recruitment: 1 year (Preferred)
• Payroll and benefits: 1 year (Preferred)
• Labor law: 1 year (Preferred)
