HR-type internal fraud investigation wherein the required skills is more specific to is conducting investigations (particularly internal financial misconduct but could also be company code of conduct more generally), including interviewing subjects & witnesses (employees), and drafting reports of findings. Experience conducting interviews to witnesses and alleged violators is particularly important for this role.

About the Role:

HR-type internal fraud investigation wherein the required skills is more specific to is conducting investigations (particularly internal financial misconduct but could also be company code of conduct more generally), including interviewing subjects & witnesses (employees), and drafting reports of findings. Experience conducting interviews to witnesses and alleged violators is particularly important for this role.

• The manager will perform a fraud examiner role.
• The role requires familiarity or experience in investigation, conducting interviews, and financial analysis/misconduct related investigations.
• The role will be related to ethics, conduct, and employee relations within the client organization.
• High communication and probing skills are essential.
• Submitted CVs will go through a series of interviews internally and with our PwC counterparts.
• Experience in HR-fraud related engagement.

Good to have:

• An understand finance/accounting-related cases.

Must be amenable to work on a hybrid set up and shifting schedule in our office in Ayala, Makati.
