We are seeking a Manager, Data and Analytics who will lead our data engineering efforts,

focusing on data warehousing and data pipeline development preferably in any one of the cloud environments. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in managing cloud-based data solutions and a good understanding of analytics processes to drive business insights.

Data Warehousing:

• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of data warehouses.
• Ensure the effective organization and storage of structured and unstructured data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data warehouse requirements.
• ETL (Extract, Transform, Load):
• Manage end-to-end ETL processes to ensure seamless data integration.
• Optimize ETL workflows for efficiency, scalability, and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ETL-related issues in a timely manner.

Data Engineering:

• Drive data engineering initiatives to support business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data pipelines and workflows in a timely manner.

Agile Methodology:

• Apply Agile principles and practices to enhance team productivity.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Promote a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement within the team.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize and deliver value initerations.

Cloud Experience:

• Utilize cloud-based platforms for data storage, processing, and analysis.
• Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Ensure data security and compliance with relevant cloud data management standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in people leadership, with a track record of building and managing
• high-performing teams.
• Substantial experience in data warehousing, ETL, and data engineering.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based data technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Job Type: Fixed termContract length: 6 months

Pay: Php130,000.00 - Php150,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Taguig: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
