Job Qualifications:

* Candidate must possess Bachelors/College Degree.

* Candidate must be keen to details.

* Average to excellent written and oral skills

* With good comprehension and listening skills

* Ability to multi-task, should be flexible, knows basic keyboard shortcut.

* Average to excellent typing skills and internet savvy.

* Knowledgeable when it comes to MS Office

* Conversational, persistent and with high enthsm level.

* Amenable to work in a graveyard shift and onsite at San Juan City.

Job Responsibilities:

* Ensure all customers receive the highest level of service by answering inquiries and resolving issues, primarily through email and chat.

*Ensure that all relevant mails are attended in a timely manner. Perform back office task to complete customer concerns and requests with attention to detail and efficiency.

* Collaborate and work effectively with other team members to achieve the best results for all customer related requests.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
