Job Title: Influencer Coordinator

Location: Kapitolyo, Pasig

Role Overview:

The Influencer Coordinator will be responsible for managing influencer relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that all campaign deliverables are met. This role also includes identifying and sourcing new influencers and external creators for collaboration opportunities to expand our brands reach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Influencer Partnerships:
• Manage relationships with existing influencers, ensuring smooth communication and timely execution of campaigns.
• Negotiate influencer contracts, including terms, compensation, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with influencers to ensure they meet agreed-upon deliverables, deadlines, and brand guidelines.
• Campaign Execution:
• Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop campaign briefs and ensure influencer content aligns with brand goals.
• Track and monitor influencer content to ensure quality and consistency across platforms.
• Review influencer content before posting to ensure it meets expectations and brand standards.
• Influencer Discovery:
• Identify and research potential new influencers and creators across various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Stay up to date on influencer trends and emerging creators to explore new opportunities for collaborations.
• Build and maintain a database of influencers and external creators for potential future partnerships.
• Reporting & Insights:
• Track the performance of influencer campaigns and provide insights on engagement, reach, and ROI.
• Report on key metrics and success of influencer collaborations to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to analyze and optimize future influencer campaigns.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media coordination, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and influencers simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality control and meeting deadlines.
