1. Education and Training: At least with vocational or technical training in landscaping or related fields.

2. Can start immediately.

2. Must have at least 2 to 3 years experience as Multi-Skilled Technician in a residential property.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Grounds Maintenance: Maintaining and improving the overall appearance of outdoor areas, including lawns, gardens, parks, and other landscapes. This includes mowing, trimming, weeding, and watering.

Planting and Trimming: Selecting and planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and other plants according to the design plan. Trimming and shaping plants to ensure their health and aesthetic appeal. Cutting away dead or overgrownbranches or stems, especially to increase fruitfulness and growth.

Soil Preparation: Preparing soil for planting, including tilling, fertilizing, and changing the soil as necessary. Ensuring proper drainage and nutrient levels for healthy plant growth.

Pest and Weed Control: Identifying and managing pests, diseases, and weeds that may affect the health of plants. Applying appropriate pesticides, herbicides, or organic control methods to maintain a healthy landscape.

Watering of Plants: Installing, maintaining, and repairing water systems to ensure plants receive adequate water. Monitoring soil moisture levels and adjusting watering schedules accordingly.

Landscape Design :: Assisting with the design and layout of outdoor spaces, including choosing appropriate plants, materials, and features. Installing hardscape elements like walkways, patios, and retaining walls.

Equipment Operation and Maintenance: Operating and maintaining landscaping tools and equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, chainsaws, and irrigation systems. Performing routine maintenance and repairs when necessary.

Safety and Cleanliness: Ensuring a safe and clean work environment. Following proper safety procedures while operating equipment and handling chemicals. Keeping work areas clean and organized.

Customer Service: Interacting with clients, understanding their landscaping needs, and providing excellent customer service. Addressing client concerns and ensuring client satisfaction with the landscaping work.

Team Collaboration: Working collaboratively with other landscaping staff, supervisors, and contractors to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Following instructions and contributing to a positive team environment.
