Position purpose
The Customer Service Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the operations and training teams by coordinating training schedules, ensuring compliance through detailed spreadsheet management, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role is critical to maintaining seamless operations and fostering effective communication between the organization and its stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Coordination
- Work closely with the Operations and Training Manager to develop and manage training timetables accurately.
- Collaborate with the Venue Manager to ensure timely and effective communication regarding training schedules.
- Utilise spreadsheets to track compliance, orders, student support etc.
Customer Service
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer service emails and inquiries.
- Address and resolve any feedback or concerns
Administrative Support
- Maintain and organise records related to training and compliance.
- Assist in the preparation and organisation of training materials and events.
- Ensure the adequacy and proper use of customer and client information
- Capture and forward customer feedback through various channels (emails,SMS,google to improve service delivery.

- Address timetable inquiries and resolve problems raised by stakeholders.

Experience
