Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Bookkeeper to manage financial records and ensure accurate accounting transactions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recording daily financial activities, maintaining accounts, and generating financial reports to support the companys financial health. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in accounting software, and a keen eye for detail.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Proven experience in bookkeeping or a related financial role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or similar).
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to analyze financial trends and identify potential issues.
  • Knowledge of accounting standards and financial compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily Transaction Recording: Accurately record all sales, purchases, expenses, and receipts in the companys financial system.
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable Management: Maintain and update financial records, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
  • Bank & Account Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile bank statements with accounting records to ensure accuracy.
  • Financial Reporting & Compliance: Prepare financial reports to support business decisions while ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze financial trends and identify potential risks or opportunities for business growth and cost efficiency.
