Client Success Assistant

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Client Success Assistant plays a key supporting role in driving satisfaction, retention, and growth within our client base. Working closely with the Client Success Manager, this role helps manage the full-service social media ecosystem for our talent, serving as a strategic liaison between clients and internal teams. This role ensures the highest standards in service delivery, content alignment, performance tracking, and proactive communication.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Client Success & Relationship Support

  • Act as a secondary point of contact for assigned clients
  • Support the development and implementation of personalized management strategies
  • Prepare performance reports, materials, and updates for client consultations
  • Assist in identifying concerns and facilitating timely resolutions
  • Help create retention and engagement strategies for high-value talent

Departmental Coordination & Administration

  • Assist in building and scaling Client Success workflows
  • Help define performance benchmarks and track departmental KPIs
  • Take notes during cross-functional meetings and follow up on action items
  • Assist in systematizing client communication and support procedures

Client Communication & Enablement

  • Help draft response templates and guides for frequent scenarios
  • Maintain organized records of all client communication and touchpoints
  • Support team cross-training efforts for consistent client coverage
  • Draft and proof internal or external communication under supervision

Content & Brand Consistency

  • Coordinate with the Leads Team to align brand strategy and execution
  • Monitor content for alignment with brand standards and platform rules
  • Flag inconsistencies and potential issues for further review

Fan Engagement & Monetization Support

  • Help assess chat scripts, engagement tactics, and sales messaging
  • Support chat-team training sessions by preparing relevant materials
  • Track and summarize weekly sales performance data
  • Contribute ideas for driving fan interaction and maximizing revenue

Risk Monitoring & Escalation Tracking

  • Assist in executing escalation protocols and tracking client feedback
  • Document patterns of dissatisfaction or service breakdowns
  • Help maintain records of resolution processes for future reference

Performance Reporting & Analysis

  • Compile weekly reports on model performance
  • Track trends, highlight growth opportunities, and benchmark against industry norms
  • Help present performance summaries in clear, digestible formats

Onboarding & Offboarding Support

  • Assist in welcoming and training new clients or talent
  • Help create tailored daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly plans and internal introductions
  • Support initial setup on tools, platforms, and SOPs
  • Help manage the offboarding workflow and documentation
  • Coordinate account access and content transfer with internal teams
  • Conduct feedback collection and post-offboarding analysis

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in client success, account management, or similar functions
  • Strong grasp of social media ecosystems and digital engagement strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsive under pressure
  • Strong collaboration and cross-functional coordination skills
  • Sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism in client-facing settings

TYPE OF WORK: Full Time

LOCATION: Remote

SALARY: $10-12 per hour

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php573.00 - Php687.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
