For this role, we are open to remote work and can hire anywhere in Metro Manila About the opportunity The Service Consultant role is aligned to a North American Eastern Standard Time and requires a night shift in Philippines. The Consultant is responsible for providing guidance on the implementation of HCM modules for new or existing customers adding new Ceridian HCM modules. The consultant uses reliable, repeatable, and quality implementation practices to come up with the optimal solution, satisfying the customers need. The Consultant works closely with the Project Manager for Implementation projects to plan the project and identify critical dependencies. This role does NOT develop code. What youll get to do
  • Document and validate customers business requirements
  • Conduct consulting sessions with the customer and document with meeting minutes
  • Provide guidance and best practices to the customer on Core HR, Time and Attendance, Payroll and Benefits modules to meet customers documented requirements
  • Test and implement solutions for customers
  • Attend project meetings and provide status on progress of activities and deliverables
  • Maintain accurate and timely updates within the project tracking, time tracking and customer billing system
  • Be a “go-to” resource for specific HCM areas for internal and external users
  • Complete new release training on a timely basis; be fully versed on new and/or enhanced functionality in each product release

  • Excellent organization, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to lead and facilitate customer workshops and sessions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Prior functional experience with Dayforce HCM would be an asset
  • Prior consultative experience with employee data integration or HCM software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Management, IT, or any IT related field
  • 3-5 years of HCM consulting experience with an HCM software provider preferably with a focus on Core HR, Time and Attendance, Payroll or Benefits
  • Excellent English, written and spoken is required
  • Analytical thinking is required
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • Superior customer support experience
  • Experience working with North American clients and vendors a benefit
