Remote position: This is a remote position, where you would be living and working outside the United States from your own home. We offer training for all our job duties. You will not be an employee of High Rise Financial as you will be living and working in your home country, outside of the United States. Hours per week: Full time. 40 hours. **Hours of the day**: 630am to 230pm EST or 9:30am-6pm PST (ideal) Days: Monday - Friday USA times. WHAT YOULL DO: You will help our human resources department by recruiting top quality employees for our company! Thorough training program is provided. Duties include: - Recruiting for all positions at our company, including setting up and conducting interviews, creating and posting job descriptions, managing payment amounts to job boards, etc. - Training is provided WHAT YOULL NEED: - MUST be a *fluent* English speaker - Have a quiet place at home to work in - Consistent and reliable internet access - A smart phone - Your own computer (with a camera) - Having a bank account as payments are paid through bank wires is a big plus.
