HR Officer

Location: On-site in Canlubang, LagunaSchedule: Monday to Friday, On-call on Saturdays Job Description We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Officer to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing and enhancing human resources operations, ensuring alignment with our business goals, particularly in our clients "made-to-order" operations. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process to build a skilled and capable workforce. Oversee performance management and employee development programs to enhance engagement and productivity. Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR regulations, particularly those relevant to the construction and manufacturing industries.

Support business growth by developing programs that foster employee engagement, motivation, and retention. Design and implement training programs tailored to the specialized skills required for our customized production processes. Promote a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and high employee morale.

Act as a point of contact for employee relations, providing guidance and support for engagement initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry.

Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work on-site in Canlubang, Laguna and be on-call on Saturdays as needed.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple HR functions efficiently.
