Job Title: HR Generalist Work Arrangement: On-site Location: Alabang Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Up to 40,000 About the Role: The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting daily HR operations while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies. This role covers recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits support, and HR documentation. The ideal candidate is proactive, people-oriented, and capable of managing multiple HR functions to foster a positive and productive workplace. Key Responsibilities: ● Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, training coordination, and compliance with labor laws and internal policies. ● Oversee the full recruitment cycle by coordinating with external recruiters, handling job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding. ● Maintain accurate HR systems and records to ensure smooth daily HR operations and timely employee support. ● Update and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with company needs, regulations, and best practices. ● Serve as the point of contact for employee inquiries, providing timely and accurate assistance to maintain high employee engagement. ● Support employee relations activities such as conflict resolution, counseling, and promoting a positive workplace culture. ● Assist in the rollout of HR initiatives that support organizational goals and enhance employee experience. ● Perform other HR-related tasks and ad hoc duties as assigned.
