Overview The Accounting/Auditing Staff is responsible for assisting in financial record-keeping, transaction processing, and audit support to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in the company's financial operations. Responsibilities Record and process daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable. Maintain accurate and up-to-date ledgers, journals, and other accounting records. Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and schedules for management review. Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documents and data. Monitor and reconcile bank statements, cash flows, and expense reports. Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and tax regulations. Identify and report discrepancies, variances, or irregularities in financial records. Assist in budget preparation and expense monitoring as required. Maintain organized documentation of financial records for audit and compliance purposes. Coordinate with other departments to resolve financial and audit-related concerns.
