Meeting Workflow Automation:Automate meeting notes, recaps, and action items using AI transcription tools (e.g., Otter.ai or alternatives).Distribute briefs, summaries, and action items automatically to relevant stakeholders via email and Microsoft Teams.Auto-generate tasks from meeting notes and assign them in MS ProjectsSeamless File Handling:Auto-upload meeting and field recordings to OneDriveLeverage Microsoft APIs for efficient file and data integration
